A
team of 20 university students will join me on mission to Arua and
Kampala, Uganda this August. Pray for changed lives as we reach
out to students with the Gospel!
One of the most exciting parts of this mission is a
new church that will be planted in Arua. More details to follow...
Meet the team... on mission in
Estonia...
A team of students from Portland, Oregon are joining
me
on a unique mission to reach students with the Gospel through camping.
Pray for the team, and the camp, in Estonia this June 24-July 5.
From February 25-March 9, I'm criss-crossing
the UK speaking
at a bunch of outreach and outreach training events. Here's a
brief report of what God's doing in northern Scotland.
September 11-27, we'll be back in Uganda with
another outreach team.
We'll spend the first week reaching students in high schools and
universities in Kampala.
Then we'll serve the churches in Rukungiri, holding open air festivals,
visiting prisons, hospitals, schools, and more.
So please pray! And check out the blog for the latest stories...click

GOD
WILL DO A WORK...THROUGH ESTONIA
Watch this report of what God has been doing
over the past eight years in Estonia and continue to pray that God
raises more leaders from this small country to make a huge impact
across Europe and beyond!
My
brother, Miguel, and his family have lived and served in Estonia for
more than a decade (his wife's a native Estonian). My other
brother, Rafael, married an Estonian three years ago.
I've been
going back for eight years, partnering with churches for outreach.
And now another team will join me to share the Gospel with
students in Tallinn, Tartu, and Paide this April 19-May 3.
I'll post video updates in a few days. Pray for God to change
lives wherever we go.
A DAY IN THE
LIFE ON THE UK TOUR
What exactly does a UK outreach tour look like? And what does
Jose do anyway?
Here's an unedited update (including someone offering tea!)...
We joined forces with Sports Outreach in Uganda to hold an
"evangelistic football match." Not the American kind...the
"real" kind (let's not forget the rest of the world plays what we call
soccer).
The crowds came to see a match, but left with more---the love
of
Jesus Christ!
Austin Hamilton, a 19 year old from Portland, joined the Uganda team as
worship leader. Watch an overview video of all God
accomplished, set to Austin's unplugged version of "Fire Fall Down."
One of the highlights of ministry in Uganda was watching the drama team
illustrate the Gospel. In just five minutes, they had people
on the edge of their seats riveted by what God has done for us.
Enjoy the video...
One of the greatest tools for a rural Uganda pastor is a BICYCLE. With
Bible in hand, they can ride from village to village to preach the
Gospel and follow up on new believers. We gave out new study
Bibles to each pastor in Soroti and for the most needy...a brand new
bike. Check out the video here...
Pastor
Will and I spent two weeks in Uganda this August, hosting pastor's
conferences in Luzira and Soroti. More than 525 pastors and
leaders attended. The ministry time was fantastic!
And local leaders are working hard in preparation for our upcoming
outreaches to both places this September 12-28.
Here are a just a few videos to show you what's about to take place.
Enjoy!
